With over 30 years of hands-on experience in the industry, Daniel Gravelle brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the role, ensuring the continued success and corporate integrity of MCA Ottawa. His journey with the organization began in 2006, when he first joined the local negotiating committee. Daniel’s commitment and leadership were evident as he transitioned into a Board Member in 2010, and eventually, as Chairman of the Board. Until December 2022, Daniel was the President and owner of CG Plumbing and Heating Ltd., guiding the company through significant growth until its successful sale. Following the sale, Daniel was pivotal in assisting Zenith Solutions during its transition, a key factor that strongly influenced the Board’s decision to appoint him as General Manager. Daniel’s exceptional leadership, particularly following Mary Gauthier's resignation this past June, has further solidified his reputation as a trusted and capable leader. His deep understanding of the industry, unwavering passion, and dedication to MCA Ottawa’s mission make him the perfect candidate to lead the organization into a new era.
